RYA UIM The 2008 Round Britain Powerboat Race

"The 2008 Round Britain Powerboat Race is the “Mount Everest” of all powerboat races and is the longest and toughest event for powerboat drivers anywhere in the world. This is a huge endurance race with some legs well over 200 nautical miles through some extremely difficult seas, it will test boats and crews to their limit. It is an enormous commitment for all those crews competing but it is the “challenge” and the “adventure” that drives them to take part. Without a doubt this race will be a character changing experience for many of these brave men and women".
